ETR Associates to Develop Wellness Initiative Services Hub for San Francisco Wellness Institute

ETR Associates has been awarded a two-year grant by the San Francisco-based Metta Fund to develop a Wellness Initiative Services Hub (WISH), a comprehensive online service documentation, client management and reporting system for the San Francisco Wellness Initiative. The Wellness Initiative maintains health and behavioral health clinics called Wellness Centers at sixteen public high schools in San Francisco that serve over 7,000 students each school year with a wide range of school-based services. WISH will allow practitioners to efficiently document and monitor services and referrals to enhance coordination of health care, and will provide meaningful and actionable feedback to Wellness Initiative managers and providers about which services have the greatest impact on improving students' health, well-being and educational outcomes. WISH will also greatly improve the Initiative's capacity to evaluate the impact of service utilization on health, wellness and educational outcomes, thereby promoting long-term sustainability.
