ATOD Program Manager
Wendy Kaplan has worked for local health departments, tribal nations, community-based organizations, and institutes of higher education in a variety of public health and chronic disease prevention programs. She has a deep commitment to racial and social justice and is passionate about creating equity in organizational structures, program services, and communities.
As an adjunct faculty member at Chico State, she taught Community Health and Multicultural Health. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from San Jose State University and Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from Chico State University.
