Narda brings a wealth of experience in Health Education and Technical and Training Assistance focused on adolescent reproductive health. She graduated from UCLA  with a Bachelor of Arts and Columbia University with an MPH.

Narda’s academic background is in women’s health and sociology and public health. She began her work with adolescents and reproductive rights at Planned Parenthood in Los Angeles, then moved to New York to work at Mt. Sinai Hospital and St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital as an HIV counselor and Health Educator.

She managed a large grant for STAR Theatre and was the research coordinator for this federally funded grant over the course of many years. Most recently, Narda was the Health Educator and Counselor at Redwood Day School where she developed and taught the middle school sexual health curriculum for the past twelve years.

She is a founding member and counselor of East Bay Independent Schools Counselor Association (EBAISHA) where she has initiated and created educational films and speaker series for parents and independent schools in the East Bay.
