Biography
Lilly started at ETR in the spring of 2018. She comes from a history of customer service work in the Santa Cruz area. She served two years with AmeriCorps (Notre Dame Mission Volunteers) in education in Watsonville, CA, an assisted living facility for seniors living with HIV in Baltimore, MD. She graduated with a BA in Urban Planning from San Francisco State University in 2012.
