Deocha Reese-Johnson, MHR
Deocha (“De”) Reese-Johnson (she/her/hers) serves as ETR’s Human Resources Generalist. In this role, she provides guidance and support to ETRians in leave administration, HR Training, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HRIS Data Management.
She joins ETR with an extensive track record in Human Resources, with nearly 20 years of HR experience working for non-profit and for-profit organizations. A South Carolina native, she is an alumna of the University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Master of Human Resources.
As a servant leader and woman of color from South Carolina, she strongly advocates for secure, authentic spaces that encourage and demonstrate openness and transparency regarding diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging – acknowledging and appreciating all the unique attributes and experiences that our team members bring to ETR. In her role, she provides compassionate, human-centered support in line with ETR’s mission, values, and cultural norms and her own.
