Biography
Colleen Sargent (she/her) is a Research Assistant III at ETR. She works as part of the Research Dissemination team, the evaluation team for the Tobacco Education Clearinghouse of California (TECC) program, and on other projects at ETR. Her role includes a range of research tasks including survey instrument development, survey analysis, qualitative data collection and analysis, literature review, and supporting internal research dissemination systems. Prior to joining ETR, Colleen worked in public policy research, analyzing government programs in housing and homeless services, education, and school nutrition. She is passionate about equity in health access, education, and employment, with a particular interest in reproductive health and justice. Colleen earned her master’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, with an emphasis in Feminist Theory and Research.
