ROAR primarily works in Butte and Colusa Counties, but we can help connect you with the right partners even if you are outside our service area.

Is There a Cost to Use ROAR Services?
All of ROAR’s services are free to community members, youth, retailers, and local organizations.
We are funded by the California Department of Public Health, Tobacco Prevention Program under contract number CG 24-10095.
How Can I Get Involved?
- Apply for Community Engagement Agreements to lead local tobacco prevention efforts
- Attend coalition meetings and advocacy events like the Great American Smokeout or World No Tobacco Day
