Spencer (they/them/theirs and he/him/his) is an experienced marketing creative and non-profit program manager with a demonstrated history of working across health, education, and social equity initiatives for youth. Their professional and personal interests are focused on innovative non-profit storytelling, social justice youth development, and the intersections of equity, media, and marketing strategy.
Prior to ETR, Spencer most recently served as the Strategic Programs Manager for Colorado Health Network where he coordinated statewide HIV marketing and educational campaigns, launched new youth sexual health programs, and designed company-wide health and social equity initiatives. Their background also includes experience in digital marketing and social media strategy, journalism, sexual assault advocacy and prevention, and LGBTQIA+ student supportive services. Spencer graduated from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, CO with a Bachelor of Arts in Feminist and Gender Studies.
In their role at ETR, Spencer creates and coordinates science-based, forward-thinking, inclusive marketing content for internal and external newsletters, blogs, and other platforms. As part of ETR’s Marketing and Communications team, they provide support across multiple agency initiatives and projects as well as contribute to the development, execution, and regular evaluation of ETR’s marketing strategy.
