Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES) and Certified Family Life Educators (CFLE) can earn continuing education contact hours (credits) on ReCAPP!

To earn self-study program credits or contact hours, choose one of the following self-study programs. Read the self-study program section (or the relevant sections throughout the web site) and complete the quiz using the answer sheet provided. Be sure to identify which type of credits or contact hours you are seeking. Mail the completed answer sheet and a check (payable to ETR Associates) for the indicated amount to: Finance Department, ETR Associates, 4 Carbonero Way, Scotts Valley, CA 95066.

The fees, $5.00 per credit or contact hour, cover ETR's administrative costs.


BDI Logic Model On-Line Course Worksheets

Those who fully complete and submit all six Plan It! worksheets of ReCAPP's BDI Logic Model On-Line Course will receive 20 contact hours (units). The worksheets will be evaluated on their level of completeness and thoughtfulness. There are no right or wrong answers, but a professional level of effort is expected. For more information, go to "Professional Credits" under "About This Course" in the course pulldown menu on the lefthand side.
