How does unconscious bias affect staff retention? Unconscious bias develops in all of us, in the ways in which we make sense of connections between different things, feelings, beliefs and values. And this plays out when we are conducting supervision meetings, monitoring job performance, and completing annual performance evaluations with staff. In this webinar we focus on supervision practices to address diversity and inclusion by identifying an evidence-based strategy, learning from a case study example, and accessing available resources.
