The RYSE Hub at ETR, funded by the Office of Population Affairs, supports Innovation Development Teams (IDTs) committed to creating programs that center youth voice in adolescent health.
As a hybrid innovation hub, subject matter experts and youth innovation advisors collaborate with IDTs to advance health innovations through our Concept to Scale (C2S) pipeline, moving early ideas to tested practices that strengthen adolescent health initiatives. Through C2S, IDTs collaborate with ETR staff to conceptualize, develop, and refine strategies that meaningfully involve young people in program design, development, and evaluation.
Intended outcomes from the RYSE Hub include disseminating youth engagement strategies and practices that researchers and practitioners can apply with the young people they serve. These strategies will be tangible and tested methods that strengthen the efficacy of adolescent health programs. With this focus, we build long-term capacity for organizations and aim to fill the gap in adolescent pregnancy prevention tools that are co-created with youth.
