ETR

The RYSE Hub at ETR, funded by the Office of Population Affairs, supports Innovation Development Teams (IDTs) committed to creating programs that center youth voice in adolescent health.

As a hybrid innovation hub, subject matter experts and youth innovation advisors work with IDTs to move health innovations along our concept to scale pipeline, from an idea to a developed product ready for dissemination. IDTs will collaborate with us to conceptualize, develop, and package innovations that center youth voice.

Intended outcomes from the RYSE Hub are to have innovations ready for educators and other professionals to use with the young people they serve. The innovations produced from the RYSE Innovation Hub are meant to address the gap in youth-focused, and effective approaches to prevent unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.

Personalized Coaching

Ongoing 1:1 support from RYSE coaches, including regular coaching calls to co-develop and implement your Innovation Support Plan, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate progress.

IDT Expectations

(September 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026)

Fully participate in cohort activities throughout the 12-month period

Co-develop a personalized innovation support plan with RYSE coaches

Complete virtual onboarding, including training on youth engagement best practices

Attend a two-day, in-person Theory of Change workshop to establish a strong foundation for your innovation

Join monthly coaching calls to support the advancement of your innovation

Collaborate with your team on activities tailored to your innovation’s needs

Engage in technical assistance aligned with your team’s goals

Participate in monthly peer learning collaborative (schedule may vary)

Showcase your innovation at the annual Demo Day

Submit quarterly performance measures

Share feedback through semi-annual reflection sessions and surveys to improve the cohort experience
