TOE for Evidence-Based Programs

ETR offers several types of EBP-related trainings, including Training of Educators (TOE)

Training of Educators (TOE)

Training of Educators is a professional learning process that builds the knowledge and skills required of adult learners to implement a program, curriculum or strategy with fidelity and appropriate adaptations.

 

TOE Boosters

Boosters are critical follow-up sessions intended to assist trainers and implementers with identifying and breaking through implementation barriers, strengthening implementation skills, and networking with colleagues through professional learning networks.


Program Enrichment Sessions

ETR offers tailored professional learning through skill-building training and information sessions. These options are designed to support teen pregnancy prevention and other programs during the implementation stage and to boost and support program success.

Communicating Evaluation Results

Focuses on how to use and communicate evaluation results to learn, inspire and persuade others, in addition to reporting back to funders.

Embracing Adaptations: The Pathway to Program Success

Equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to make appropriate adaptations, while still implementing the EBP with fidelity.

Technical Assistance, Consultation & Coaching

Based on research and best practice, ETR experts deliver technical assistance (TA) services in variety of content areas. Our tailored, data-driven TA can be delivered through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, written materials, online discussions, web-based materials and email.
