Making Proud Choices! (MPC), California Edition, is an evidence-based curriculum that aligns with the California Healthy Youth Act and provides adolescents with the knowledge, confidence and skills necessary to reduce their risk of pregnancy, HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) by abstaining from sex or using protection if they choose to have sex.

ETR’s two-day interactive MPC-CA Training of Educators (TOE) is designed to prepare educators and health professionals that work with youth to implement MPC-CA with confidence and fidelity. Each participant will engage in a learning process which includes pre-work, a pre-assessment, an in-person skill development session and follow-up support.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott is a brand new, all suites hotel located just around the corner from The Sobrato Organization. Two-day TOE fee: $975 per participant

IMPORTANT: Please note that you will need at least one copy of the MPC-CA Curriculum to attend this TOE. The $975 per participant cost does not include the cost of the MPC-CA Curriculum. Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if ETR cancels the TOE for any reason.
  • 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made by registered participants after August 15, 2018.
