Do you have a sense of your biases and the ways they influence your thoughts and actions? There’s a good chance you’re less aware than you think you are.

 

A wonderful range of influences filters the way we experience and interpret what’s going on around us. Are we tired or hungry? What information do we hear first? Who said it? Who agreed? What are our pre-existing expectations?

These experiences create cognitive biases that lead to some undeniably irrational beliefs, statements and actions.
