As a Project Coordinator in the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Branch, Holly’s primary role is supporting the statewide rural coordinating center, RISE, to develop and advance tobacco control initiatives in rural communities. Holly also works on the Communities Energized for Health project to promote smoke-free policies in multi-unit housing and casinos.

Prior to her position at ETR, Holly developed asthma education programs in community health centers in the Central Valley, assisted in research of the impacts of climate change related to health equity, and coordinated tobacco control policy efforts in Yolo County.
