ETR's Barbara Holland Receives International Service-Learning Research Award

Barbara Holland, Ph.D., Director of the National Service-Learning Clearinghouse (NSLC), was the recipient of the 2006 International Service-Learning Research Award, presented by the International Association for Research on Service-Learning and Community Engagement, "in recognition of her contributions as a scholar, policy-maker, facilitator, academic administrator, teacher, leader and provocateur."

This award recognizes an individual who has made substantive contributions to advancing service-learning research and was presented at The Sixth International Service Learning-Research Conference. Dr. Holland is the 4th person to receive this award.
