CDC Awards ETR Associates 3-Year Cooperative Agreement

Scotts Valley, CA -- ETR Associates has recently been awarded a 3-year cooperative agreement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention (DHAP), Capacity Building Branch. Under the award, ETR Associates will develop and manage the CBA Resource Center for DHAP's Capacity Building Assistance providers (CBAs) who work to improve the delivery and effectiveness of HIV prevention services for high-risk and /or racial/ethnic minority populations. The CBA Resource Center was created to enhance provision of the CBA services for HIV prevention. This project aims to improve communication and collaboration among CDC-funded CBAs and other training partners and enhance access to high-quality linguistically and culturally relevant training, technical assistance and capacity-building resources. The project will be headed by ETR Associates' Center for Sexual and Reproductive Health promotion and directed by ETR's Senior Program Manager, Cherri Gardner, MA. Work for this project will be based out of ETR Associates' Washington, D.C., offices.
