Product Marketing Coordinator

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, the Product Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the development and execution of ETR’s product marketing. This position will identify strategic opportunities to promote ETR’s agency products and resources in content areas including alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (ATOD), sexual and reproductive health, school health and wellness, equity and inclusion in STEM, LGBTQ+ health, and other topics. The Product Marketing Coordinator will create science-based, forward-thinking, inclusive marketing content to promote curricula, trainings, and health promotion materials in digital newsletters, product catalogs, online store promotion, social media, and other platforms. We are looking for a candidate who enthusiastically embraces ETR’s mission, vision, and values to address and promote health equity. This is a remote position and can work from anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with marketing and communications in a professional setting.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with product-focused email marketing and agency newsletter development and execution.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with public health, health education, or social justice marketing desired.
  • Ability to utilize digital marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
  • Ability to utilize design platforms such as Canva, Spark, or Figma.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people in a collaborative setting.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with all MS Office applications (Excel, Word), Outlook, and Internet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision.
  • Ability to provide initiative and oversee a project with multiple tasks from conception to completion.
  • Ability to balance completion of assigned project tasks, both short and long-term, with the performance of routine duties.
  • Ability to meet short deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively work in a remote setting

Location: Remote employment. Open to all states.

Starting Pay Range: $59,700-$66,300 annually.
