for ETR's Summer Training Institute in one of three easy ways:

All
requests for refunds must be made in writing and postmarked on or
before May 15, 2006. Eligible requests will entitle the registrant
to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. In lieu of requesting
a refund, an organization may send someone else in the place of
the registrant if the initial registrant is unable to attend and
if he or she notifies ETR in writing by June 26, 2006.
