Should you be interested in hosting a training in your area, we would ask that you agree to:
  • Identify 20-35 juvenile justice professionals from a minimum of four different facilities to participate in the training. Participants should demonstrate their commitment to implementing the intervention in their respective facilities and to provide documentation of the number of youth who participate in the intervention.
  • Identify a local coordinator to handle training logistics. The local coordinator will be the main point of contact with Survive Outside staff and will be asked to arrange for a training location, market the training event in your area, and handle participant registration.

ETR Associates will work closely with the local coordinator to guide training set-up and preparation. In addition, we will provide training services, travel costs for Survive Outside staff and all training materials for free. We will also provide free technical assistance following the training to assist facilities with implementation.
