The Survive Outside Project is housed in the Training Department of ETR Associates . ETR Associates is partnered with the National Partnership for Juvenile Services (NPJS) in order to extend the reach of the Survive Outside project to juvenile justice facilities nationwide. Survive Outside is funded by the Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide juvenile justice and alternative schools staff with a variety of interventions to help youth reduce their risk of contracting and spreading HIV through FREE trainings, materials and capacity building assistance.
