Who is ETR Associates?
The Tabono CBA Project is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) through a five-year cooperative agreement with the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention (DHAP). It is operated by ETR Associates (Education, Training and Research), a private non-profit health education promotion organization based in Santa Cruz, California. We are known for our state-of-the-art programs, professional training, and research in the area of adolescent pregnancy prevention as well as for our publications and our clearinghouse services.
