Never participated in an on-line discussion forum before? Well, it's easy. Here's how it works:
An email address is all you need to participate in our on-line forum.
You do not need any special software or browser "bells and whistles."
As soon as you subscribe to the forum,
you will receive a welcoming email message with some important information,
including how to view discussion messages (or "threads") on-line and
how to unsubscribe. Once the
forum begins, all subscribers will begin receiving email messages from
participants. You have the option of reading these messages as emails
or as on-line threads. You do
not have to contribute messages if you don't want to. But if you do
want to participate, you can either "reply" to a message or use the
"create a new message" button on-line. For summaries of what was discussed in previous forums, go to the forum summary page. Important Considerations
ReCAPPForum Terms of Use: The purpose of the on-line discussion forums presented on ReCAPP is to create a space for dialogue on a variety of subjects related to adolescent pregnancy prevention among professionals in the field. Forum participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, make comments, and exchange ideas related to the subject focus of the particular forum discussion. ETR Associates and ReCAPP do not necessarily agree with, or endorse, the opinions of forum participants, nor does ReCAPP endorse information presented as fact by forum participants. ReCAPP is solely responsible for the integrity of information provided by its staff and guest moderators. ReCAPP expects forum participants to ask questions, make comments, and exchange information without use of discriminatory or derogatory language. Those who do not abide by this condition will be asked by ReCAPP forum moderators to exit the forum discussion.
