Karin Coyle, Director of Research. As a specialist in the development and evaluation of health promotion programs — particularly HIV, other STI, and pregnancy prevention programs — Dr. Coyle is a valuable Advisor to ReCAPP. Her current interests include studying the role and potential impact of service learning and other youth development approaches on sexual risk-taking behaviors.

Linda Fawcett, Director of Development. Linda works with ReCAPP's Project Director in overseeing the web site. She is a longtime advocate of women's health issues and former Executive Director of the Women's Center of San Joaquin County. Her skills in grant writing, program planning and organizational development have helped to shape the development of the ReCAPP web site.

Regina Firpo-Triplett, MPH, CNC, CHES, Training Specialist. Regina serves as Editor and Columnist for ReCAPP. Much of her writing is informed by her seven years of providing teen pregnancy prevention training and technical assistance as well as by her coordination of statewide conferences for health educators in California.

Douglas Kirby, Ph.D., Senior Research Scientist. Dr. Kirby serves as Editor and Columnist for ReCAPP. Doug is a nationally recognized expert in teen pregnancy prevention research. He has directed nationwide studies of adolescent sexual behavior, sexuality education programs, school-based clinics, school condom availability programs and other programs for youth. Currently, he serves as Chair of the Effective Program and Research Task Force for the National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.

Gina Lepore, Research Assistant. Gina serves as Research Advisor for the ReCAPP project. She has five years' experience working with youth in clinical settings as a counselor, health educator and program coordinator.

Pat Rex, MA, Webmaster/Designer. As Webmaster, Graphic Designer, and Copy Editor for ReCAPP, Pat plays a key role in the development and layout of the ReCAPP web site. She also oversees the development, design and layout of written and electronic materials for a statewide family planning training project. Prior to ETR, Pat published an award-winning company newspaper and was a university writing instructor.

Lori A. Rolleri, MSW, MPH, Senior Training Manager. Lori serves as ReCAPP's Project Director and Editor-in-Chief. For the past ten years, she has designed, implemented and evaluated a variety of comprehensive sexuality education curricula and programs for young people, parents, and professionals in the U.S. and Latin America. In addition to ReCAPP, Lori manages two other pregnancy prevention programs at ETR.

Lisa Russell, Ph.D., CHES, Senior Research Associate. Dr. Lisa Russell serves as Editor of the ReCAPP's "Current Research" and "Statistics" sections. She has experience as a health educator and evaluator of HIV, STI, and pregnancy prevention programs for adolescents, and as a college instructor of courses in research methods and health behavior theories.

Julie Taylor, Associate Director of Training. Julie is ReCAPP's "Effective Practices" and "Evidence-Based Programs" Editor. She has pursued "best practice" in pregnancy prevention and health education for the last 25 years. She has been involved in many levels of pregnancy prevention as a classroom teacher, as a local and national trainer, and as director of state and national programs.

Marsha Weil, Ed.D., Executive Director, Program Services Division and co-CEO, ETR Associates. Dr. Weil serves as Advisor to ReCAPP. Marsha is an expert in curriculum and instruction and is nationally recognized for her research and practice in teacher education, instructional methodology, staff development, and training and school effectiveness. She has conducted research on teachers' instructional practices, staff development, effective schools, and school-based HIV/AIDS prevention programs research tools.
